Scope of Work: |
Construction of a two-story, 800 student capacity elementary school, containing approximately 118,000 square feet. Construction: Masonry bearing walls, both interior and exterior, with brick veneer on exterior walls, concrete slabs on grade with concrete block foundation walls and concrete spread footings. Typical roof construction shall be light
gauge prefabricated metal trusses, metal roof deck units and shingles or preformed metal roofing. Second floor structure to be precast concrete planks with concrete topping. Floor finishes include vinyl composition tile, sheet vinyl, quarry tile, ceramic tile, carpet, or hardwood gym floor. Interior walls will be concrete block or gypsum panels finished with paint or epoxy coatings. Ceiling shall be lay-in type acoustic tile, gypsum drywall, or exposed structure.
