1.4 WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS
The Work consists of work necessary to construct a two-story community center
which includes a theater, meeting rooms, classrooms and museum; site related
structures, amphitheater, paving, fine gradins; utilities and other associated
work as indicated on the drawings and as specified herein.
1. Previously Issued packages:
a. Sitework Package dated 11 / 11/09 with revisions.
b. Retaining Wall Package dated 04/12/10.
