Scope of Work: |
The project consists of a renovation of the existing single story Medical Clinic and Fitness Center at 1507 Broomtown Road in Lafayette, GA. This project includes, but not limited to, Selective Exterior & Interior Demolition, Concrete, Minor Masonry Repair/Replacement, Structural Steel & Misc Steel, Rough and Finish Carpentry, Millwork, Standing Seam Roofing, Metal Wall Panels, Firestopping, EIFS Replacement, Joint Sealers, Hollow Metal Doors & Frames, Wood Doors and Hardware, Storefront & Glazing, Automatic Doors, Drywall, Metal Studs, Acoustical Tile, Hard Tile, Resilient Flooring & Base, Carpet Tile, Sports Flooring, Paint, Toilet Partitions and Accessories, Cubical Curtains & Track, Wall Protection, Fire Extinguishers, Metal Sunshades, Fire Sprinkler, Plumbing (including MED GAS work), HVAC, Electrical, Minor Sitework, Asphalt Paving and Landscaping. (Plumbing and Electrical required saw cutting of existing slabs)
Notes There are some items that are noted to be relocated per the owner�s directions. Demolition subcontractor will be responsible for securing the building upon the removal for storefront by providing temporary structures that can be secured. There are two (2) alternates. Alternate 1 is for providing Metal Sunshades. Alternate 2 is for installing a new metal panel fa�ade. With Alternate 2, several trades will be required including membrane roofing and new copings at the parapet walls.
