THE GILMER COUNTY, GEORGIA, BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS (the "Board"), pursuant to the
provisions of O.C.G.A. § 36-91-1, et. seq., herein seeks competitive Proposals from general contractors
for the construction of a new community center for Gihner County Georgia to be located at the Clear
Creek Road property (the °'Project").
Cotxuctors haterested ha submitting Proposals vay obtain copies of the Contxact Documents by
contacting JKH Architects, 121 West Cmwford St.0 Dalto GA 30720, 706-278-4242 (The Architect).
Applications for documants together with a non-refundable price of $100.00 per set, should be filed
promptly with the Architect. Proposal materials will be forwarded as soon as possible.
Only a proposal submitted by a General Contractor on record with the Architect as having
received plans and specifications from the Architect will be opened.
