Plan Room, Knoxville, TN Knoxville, Builders Exchange, Knoxville, TN Reed Construction Data, Norcmss, GA Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Designer in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders upon the Designer's receipt of a certified or cashier's check made payable to STATE OF TENNESSEE in the amount per set of $1,000.00 Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $25,000 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status and minority business status is required in the Bid form. A five percent (5%) Bid Security is required. Prevailing Wage law applies to any contract equal to or greater than $50,000 in value. Non-Discrimination policy applies to this project. The Owner reserves the dght to waive informalities and to reject bids.
