Scope of Work: |
| Renovate the existing Chick-fil-A venue located in UCC building at UWG. Remove existing built-in counters and wall in current Chick-fil-A and Fresh and Healthy spaces as shown on drawings. Patch, repair or replace surrounding areas (floor, ceiling and walls) as required. All finishes are to match existing unless specified otherwise. Provide new millwork, wall construction, lighting, electrical, mechanical and plumbing work, and finishes as specified and shown on drawings. Provide mechanical work for the installation of a new vent hood (provided by contractor under this contract). Install all new and existing equipment as shown on drawings. Existing food equipment that does not need disconnection will be removed by owner and stored on-site for re-installation by contractor. |
