| Construction of a new two story, 30,000s.f. brick veneer on steel frame building called the Snellville Police Department. Bids are being accepted for the following trades bid packages: Demolition, Site work and Utilities, Structural Steel, and Turnkey Cast in Place Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Drywall and ACT, Paint and Wall covering, Flooring, Partitions, Specialties, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, LV/AV and Security Systems Bid Packages will include, insurance requirements, bonding requirements, Winters Safety Program, Project Schedule and sample form of contract. |
