BASIC SCOPE OF WORK FOR DOLLAR TREE - CHATTANOOGA, TN
Electric:
Install owner supplied: 400 AMP service
Lights, power poles, energy mgmt system, sensors, hand driers
Demo: as required for new work
Wire: Check outs, office, all recepticles, interior phones, etc
HVAC:
Demo: Remove existing duct and grilles as required for new work. Supply and install ductwork and grilles for (7) existing RTU'S. Supply and install (1) exhaust fan. Install owner supplied energy mgmt system.
PLUMBING:
Demo: Remove existing fixtures and piping, cap below finish floor. Supply and install fixtures for 2 restrooms; including (2) toilets, (2) sinks, water heater, hi-lo drinking fountain, and mop sink. Supply and install all rough in materials required. Supply and install floor drains, wall clean outs.
ACOUSTIC CEILING:
Supply and install approx 8500 sf of 2X4 grid and non-directional lay-in tile. Armstrong #769 "Cortega" or equal.
