Scope of Work: |
| The Work of this project includes, but is not limited to the renovation to an existing magnet school. Interior finish updates include vinyl composite tile, carpet, rubber base, refinishing existing wood flooring, paint, epoxy wall finish, acoustical lay-in tile and the patching of existing plaster. Work shall also include waterproofing and brick sealant for the existing exterior walls as well as additional re-grading and sidewalk replacement. Additional HVAC and fire protection is included |
